Nomura System Corporation, OKI Software, and Bosch SDS team up to reinvent Japan’s manufacturing industry with “SAP Cloud ERP”

Tokyo, Japan – [4th November, 2025] – Bosch Software and Digital Solutions (“Bosch SDS”), Nomura System Corporation (“Nomura System”), and OKI Software Co., Ltd. (“OKI Software”) have partnered to build and promote a cloud-based ERP service template, “SAP Cloud ERP” (previously introduced as “GROW with SAP” on July 29, 2025), aimed at revitalizing Japan’s regional manufacturing industry and strengthening the development of local communities.

In this alliance, Bosch SDS brings in profound global proficiency in manufacturing and SAP know-how to efficiently implement SAP Business Suite. Nomura System contributes over 20 years of SAP product expertise and implementation, rooted in customer-focused, hands-on consulting. Cementing this partnership, OKI Software adds extensive knowledge of manufacturing and system integration business cultivated over the years.

Together, they are driving digital transformation (DX) to reinvent Japan’s regional manufacturing industries.

The joint development will fine-tune the existing template for core operations such as sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and financial management with SAP Cloud ERP. It will also extend capabilities to include MES systems, warehouse management, and supply chain planning for manufacturing companies. Bosch SDS’s global manufacturing and SAP expertise, Nomura System’s proven execution in customer-focused implementations, and OKI Software’s local manufacturing insights make the template highly practical and relevant for domestic manufacturers.

This collaborative initiative will commence through trial implementations across two OKI Software subsidiaries: OKI Circuit Technology and OKI Com-Echoes. Seeking to tackle challenges encountered by mid-sized and small manufacturers in Japan with the Fit to Standard approach, this partnership aims to strengthen their competitiveness.

Through regional deployments at OKI Software sites, the three companies seek to revitalize local manufacturing and support community development in those areas first.

With an eye to the future, Nomura Systems, OKI Software, and Bosch SDS will work to realize a smart factory that integrates OT (Operations Technology) and IT (Information Technology).
