He previously served as Managing Director of BGSW Vietnam and Japan, where he led significant organizational growth and expanded the scope and scale of operations. Earlier in his career, he managed the P&L for automotive connectivity products, driving both business performance and strategic growth. In Germany, he strengthened software quality, enhanced process efficiency, and advanced lean practices for PS-SC.

A recognized thought leader and international speaker, his expertise spans Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), Electric Vehicles (EV), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Industry 4.0 (I4.0). He actively collaborates with academia, industry, and policymakers, and played a key role in founding the Robert Bosch Center for Cyber-Physical Systems Research at IISc.

Ramesh brings to Bosch SDS 24+ years of industry experience covering strategy, consulting, and P&L responsibilities. He has successfully executed multiple initiatives, such as incubating IoT businesses and building businesses from the ground up in diverse geographies like Mexico and China. Ramesh also has expansive domain experience in automotive, CPG, and aerospace and has led large projects in enterprise systems, digital transformation, and service delivery.

Hiroshi has 30+ years of experience playing key roles, including developing AV equipment products, establishing overseas EMS development teams, training engineers, managing projects, and overseeing subcontractors from Japanese, Indian, Chinese, and Vietnamese vendors. He has decades of exposure in technology verticals – software development, hardware and mechanical engineering, ERP, IoT, and Industry 4.0 across various sectors such as health, automotive, telecommunications, aviation, energy, semiconductors, office automation equipment, and construction machinery.

Andreas Wolter is one of our global leaders focusing on expanding the Bosch SDS footprint across Europe as the Regional Business Head. With over two decades of experience across diverse areas such as sales management, business process transformation, IT strategy, and outsourcing – his industrial know-how of reimaging business through core functions is unmatched.

Juergen brings over 30 years of enterprise IT consulting and management experience to his current role as the global head of partnerships for Bosch SDS. An expert in consulting, SAP engagement, and smarter city initiative, his vast know-how of healthcare, manufacturing, and utilities only further adds to his mastery of multicorporate ecosystems.

With 30 years of experience in Bosch, Muthaiah seamlessly embeds portfolio management and global delivery management together into the Bosch SDS ecosystem. His vast knowledge and expertise in business unit growth, P&L responsibility of the digital enterprise, and global key accounts management have helped us exceed customer expectations worldwide through customized digital services and solutions, and accelerate revenue growth.

As a global lead in digital engineering, Rajendra is responsible for business strategy and growth, delivery management, technology development, product launch, sales, marketing, partnerships, and JVs. He also brings to Bosch SDS his expertise spanning end-to-end business solutions with P&L responsibility, international collaboration, risk & change management, new business services establishment, and integration.

Swarnankur Chandra is a strategic and seasoned IT leader with over 24 years of global experience in driving Digital Enterprise and Engineering transformations. He has a proven track record in scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs), advancing Cloud-First strategies, and aligning complex technology ecosystems with strategic imperatives, having led numerous high-impact, multi-million-dollar deals.

Currently, as the Global Head – WinCentre at Bosch SDS, Swarnankur leads pre-sales, solutioning, and consulting. His focus is on digital transformation, building customer-centric value creation, and achieving commercial excellence, while also mentoring diverse teams and shaping impactful go-to-market strategies.

As the Head of Finance at Bosch SDS, Anup, a Chartered Accountant, brings extensive leadership expertise in business finance, controllership, and treasury management. He is recognized for his ability to drive operational efficiencies, effectively manage P&L, and strategically partner with businesses to achieve growth.

Leveraging nearly 20 years of experience, Anup’s diverse background includes roles in strategic analytics, business finance, and financial planning & analysis. This approach is central to his strategy for driving sustained growth and achieving operational excellence within the division.

Rama is a full-stack enterprise tech marketer with global experience across IT, automotive, telecom, and consulting services and products. With a stellar track record spanning two decades across marketing and communications, she has built and led end-to-end marketing, branding, digital, and internal communications organization-wide.

Her current role entails building Bosch as a brand in the global software solutions and services industry.
