Bosch SDS has built the Automatic Sales Return and Collaboration solution as part of a special Hack2Build initiative with SAP Co-Innovation Lab. The solution uses the power of generative AI and SAP Business Technology Platform to automate sales returns and enable collaboration.
The solution is targeted for FMCG, Retail, and Manufacturing industry verticals. The solution links the returns with original sales documents and invoices, validate return policy, generate return notes, trigger necessary approvals, and recommend e-mail content.

- Automated return policy validation for the customer returns
- Seamless and collaborative approval workflow process
Bosch SDS team demonstrated the Collaborative Automatic Return Process solution during SAP TechEd Bangalore in 2023 as part of the Generative AI Ecosystem Partners Showcase.
Shishupal Reddy R, Chief Expert Technology Platforms, Digital Enterprise Core, and team represented Bosch SDS at the event.
This solution was built and deployed on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) utilizing the newer technology and platform services on SAP BTP.
